One of the key benefits of the investment strategy is potential for a robust Net Operating Income yield, which is anticipated to grow rapidly over a 3-year build-up period to stabilization. Overall, $18.5 bn of hotel transactions were completed in the U.S. in 2024, down-20% from 2023.
